This was my first time dealing with Nick so I was little bit nervous about dealing with someone I have never used before. We were looking for someplace in a 55 + community. Finding nick was just luck for us. We was buying our fist home and we just got paired with a realtor our lender Refered. When you get in this buying process my fist advise is to do your research, research, research, research. Go to YouTube learn everything there is to know about buying a home. What makes a good realtor from a bad one. We didn’t and end up with a not so passionate realtor. We had to do her job basically. We was thinking why do we need a realtor at this point, if we are doing all the work ourselves. We were constantly on Zillow, looking at houses. We will find homes and get the numbers to call the agents to see if the houses were still available. That’s how we met Nicholas. In one of those calls he answered and was like hey! the house your inquiring about it’s sold, however If you will like I can help you find more options around the area. He didn’t care to run and say, sign here I will be your realtor. No simply I’m here to help. Next day, I was getting so many choices of homes in my inbox to see. And he kept send us a message hey! Have a look let me know if anything catches your interest. We was a thought cookie, we wanted a home we love, but were working with a small budget. We wanted a house that looked in great condition, something that it was supper difficult with our small budget, but he took on that challenge. It’s not easy he had all the strategies available to us so we could win our dream home because In NJ is really competitive and you will get outbid real fast. You need someone who knows the market like he does. He show up prepared to our fist meeting with a folder on how the process was going to play out. It was a first time homebuyers guide. It was very helpful. I kept going to it at every step of the process to remember what was happening next. He was prepared. He has a team of people ready to help. He had options for us of people he recommended and they dint let us down. Everyone was so professional just as he was.
